Dr. Scott Grogan graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2011 and is a board-certified Chiropractic Physician. While at Logan he took advanced coursework earning his Master of Science in Sports Science and Rehabilitation in 2012. Dr. Grogan achieved his certification in full body Active Release Technique in 2011, giving him a unique approach to the treatment of patients by addressing not only the joints but also the surrounding soft tissue.
Dr. Grogan utilizes the joint-by-joint approach to patient care, realizing the importance of the kinetic chain, (ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, etc.) and the impact it can have on the entire body. It is through functional analysis that he will locate the true dysfunction and source of the problem, to provide for an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.
Through mobilization of the joints and placing a heavy emphasis on soft-tissue treatment and rehabilitation, it is his goal to provide fast, effective care, and empower the patient to take control of their own health.

The Hitting Zone has partnered with Krato Sports to provide a cost-effective way to change the way you train.
THE DESIGN
The Krato bat weight is designed to put the weight on the hands which will create a better hand and bat path while keeping your hands inside the ball. With the ability to use weights that have never been possible until now, the Krato bat weight will increase hand speed, bat speed, and exit velocity.
Our weights are secure onto the bat just above the hands. Decreasing the amount of leverage placed on the hands allows the player to execute the movements correctly. The other with traditional training weights is that they only come in 2-3 varieties. Our weights for baseball bats range from 5-50 oz—making strength training available for all skill levels and ages.
click www.kratosports.com and use the code - hittingzonestl to receive a 10% discount. Orders over $99 receive free shipping.
Interestd in trying out Krato Bat Weights we do have several weights you can try. We have our athletes using this tool to feel the abilty to swing the barrel and to add to the overlaod underload training. Check em out. We built a custom pack to cover all ages.
